One more Exclusivio eye-catching fabrication and impressive wrought iron design of Rustic Chairs for yet another very gratified client.
The components are all fabricated to resemble existing rustic furniture at the Client’s premises.
The chairs are made up of the following material:
Chair frames are fabricated from 25mm round tubing with 50mm diameter decorative balls and weld over sockets and are 1330mm at the back rest. The dimension across the splayed feet is 560mm as is the foot rail. The back rest and seat support in fabricated from 0.6 rolled steel plate welded to 12mm diameter round bar between the back rest piping.
The wooden seat which is 780mm high is made from 102mm x 25 thick slats, secured with M6 studs with 35mm diameter heads and are is with clear coat varnish. The finished product to prevent rust is also finished with clear coat varnish applied directly to the piping, back rest and seat support without paint to maintain the rustic finish effect.
